What happens when the alarm activates after hours?
Our monitoring centre receives the signal instantly. We work through your keyholder call cascade by phone and SMS, and if you have patrol response, a licensed mobile guard is dispatched to physically check and secure the site. Police are notified when required.
What is scheduled (open/close) monitoring?
You give us the earliest and latest times staff are permitted on site, with a 30-minute grace window either side. Any arming or disarming outside that schedule is treated as an event and actioned. Cleaners or shift staff coming in at set times are easily accommodated – no need for them to phone ahead.
Do insurers require monitoring for business premises?
Many commercial policies require professional monitoring, and most insurers offer meaningful premium discounts for monitored premises – often 10-20%. We can provide monitoring certificates for your insurer.
Can you monitor our existing alarm system?
